According to the General Conditions of Participation of Joint-Stock Company "EXPOCENTRE" (item 4), the exhibitor should present orders for necessary services not later than for two weeks prior to the beginning of editing (i.e. not later on August, 20 2003). In due time not reserved and not paid services, can be given in cash during editing the exhibition with increase in the rate at 25%.
